globrix.com Adds New Functionality

globrix.com is working hard on enhancing users’ property search experience with the addition of some new functionality over the last week.

As part of one of its recent modifications it has added a “Twitter this property” button to all the property listings on its property search engine. This will allow users to easily “tweet” their favourite properties.

The button is visible under “Preview” or the new “Details & Trends” page that has been added for every property single listing.

The new Details & Trends page expands on the existing information typically found in the preview. It allows users to find out more about each property with an extended description, map and agent contact details, and also includes price trends and market activity.

Other changes include the addition of new area data such as local restaurants and shops, powered by Qype, and local parking spaces available to rent, powered by ParkAtMyHouse.
