Since 2006 he’s been Managing Director of propertyindex.com, originally an overseas portal, which is taking on the UK domestic market with its innovative ‘pay for results’ model.

Henry Pryor has formed the Estate Agency Buying Group, to band together smaller estate agency firms in order to negotiate the best terms possible for 2009 with property portals.

Last week husband and wife team Graeme and Linda Sutton launched a new Australian property portal, yourproperty.com.au. Its point of difference to the many existing portals is that it only lists properties from independent real estate agents.
“It’s all about the independent real estate agent at yourproperty.com.au”, says Graeme enthusiastically.
“The independent real estate agents in Australia need a web portal made just for them to claim their independence and be part of the real estate revolution”, he explains.

homethinking.com is a US based website that helps house buyers and sellers make better decisions in selecting an agent by showing them transactional histories of real estate agents and mortgage lenders.
homethinking.com has just launched a new Neighbourhoods application designed to provide users with information on the neighbourhood they are moving into. By crunching demographic data from the US Census and other public sources, the site produces scores based on comparing age of inhabitants, number of children, frequency of arts events, and more.
