Following on from zillow.com’s release of rental price estimates a few days ago, Swedish property portal booli.se has taken a step in the same direction, adding estimated values to its listings.
As Swedish property portal commentator Magnus Svantegård reports, booli.se has gathered the information for these estimates from an AVM by Ljungqvist Information AB, and from estimates by agents not involved with the listing.
Svantegård adds that booli.se provides users with two warnings on the accuracy of these valuations before they are able to view them.
booli.se was recently featured in our PPW Award winners series, gaining an honourable mention for its focus on innovation. The portal, which is run by a team of six people in a market dominated by hemnet.se, also offers users a broker guide, which displays brokers’ market share, the number of listings each broker has, and their median listing prices.
