Real estate technology provider Rofo has now inked deals with commercial real estate company Regus and Coldwell Banker Commercial to distribute their listings via its LinkedIn application.
Rofo launched its “Real Estate Pro” app in July this year, allowing users to display listings as well as completed deals and recent market activity in their local area on the LinkedIn network. Through the app, property hunters can follow and connect with brokers and agents, track new property listings, and see the latest real estate deals.
“Adding our locations listings to Rofo’s Real Estate Pro is a great complement to the strong presence that we already have on LinkedIn,” says Rebecca Tann, vice president of marketing for Regus.
“We continue to search for partners who recognise the power of social media,” adds Fred Schmidt, president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates. “Society is untethered from their desktop computers and having the opportunity to reach consumers on their terms is critical.”
