Despite some opposition from the German population, Google has started rolling out Street View across the country, prompting market leading property portal immobilienscout24.de to add the imagery to its listings.
Street View is now available in 20 German cities including Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich. immobilienscout24.de says home hunters can use the tool to avoid “redundant and disappointing” visits to unsuitable properties, while real estate agents will be able to cut down on viewing appointments.

immobilienscout24.de added Google Maps to its listings in September this year. The portal hit its latest traffic record in August, reporting a total of 5.19 million unique visitors according to Nielsen NetRatings.
