Following on from the launch of wilfi.co.uk, another owner-focused website is joining the UK market this month: letpropertyrentproperty.co.uk.
The new website says it will charge landlords fees starting at £19.99 for three-month rental listings, and that it will distribute these to rightmove.co.uk, zoopla.co.uk, globrix.com, fish4.co.uk and Google Maps’ property search.
“Savings made by advertising on the Internet are passed onto landlords and tenants, ensuring they pay a fraction of the traditional costs of letting or renting property,” a statement from the new website explains.
At this stage, letpropertyrentproperty.co.uk is covering London and the southeast of the UK.
