UK portal zoopla.co.uk has signed long-term strategic partnerships with three leading estate agent groups: Countrywide, LSL Property Services plc and Connells Group.
These agreements mean each agent group will advertise all of its properties on and provide additional marketing and advisory support to zoopla.co.uk.
Countrywide CEO Grenville Turner, LSL CEO Simon Embley, and Connells CEO David Livesey have each been appointed to the zoopla.co.uk board as non-executive directors with immediate effect.
“zoopla.co.uk has been one of the fastest growing websites in the UK over the past two years and now accounts for a significant share of the enquiries we get from both house hunters and sellers,” says Embley.

zoopla.co.uk’s announcement claims it is the UK’s second most visited property website according to Nielsen/UKOM figures, reaching an audience of almost 5 million visitors per month.
