Singaporean portal iproperty.com.sg is sharing some of its audience figures for the first half of 2010, claiming record-breaking growth across all key metrics.

According to the iProperty Group portal, Google Analytics figures show unique visitors increased from 60,686 in the last week of December 2009 to 122,844 in the last week of June 2010, which is a 102 percent increase.

iproperty.com.sg adds that it had 567 new agent advertisers joined during the month of June, which marks 74 percent growth in agent advertiser numbers since January. The portal says listing numbers have also doubled during the first half of the year.

Finally, iproperty.com.sg says the number of leads it has generated for agents has increased by 102 percent since January. The portal puts these increases down to factors such as its recent acquisition of sg-house.com and partnership with MSN.

    iproperty.com.sg has joined the ranks of iPad app providers, claiming its offering is the first real estate iPad app to be released in Asia. The Singaporean portal says the app gives users access to over 50,000 properties for sale and rent. Its release follows on from the launch of iproperty.com.sg's commercial section at the end of July....
