A new iPhone app from UK portal zoopla.co.uk offers instant value estimates for 27 million homes via an Augmented Reality display.

zoopla.co.uk says the free app also includes sold price data for over 15 million properties, dating back to 1995.

Along with this information, the app offers local market data such as average home values by area as well as the ability to search zoopla.co.uk’s listings by location, price, and keyword. A map-based search is also included, as is the ability to favourite listings and contact agents with one click.

zoopla.co.uk head of PR Lawrence Hall says this is “not just another property app,” but one that is “relevant to every UK homeowner, property addict and property professional out in the field.”

Earlier this month, zoopla.co.uk signed long-term strategic partnerships with Countrywide, LSL Property Services plc and Connells Group.

This property app blew me away. I didn’t realise Zoopla had all this gret info on their site. Really love the sold prices and area values. I know my wife is borrowing my iPhone this weekend to walk around our area.
