The iProperty Group family of portals is continuing a busy few months with two new partnership deals in Singapore and Malaysia.

In Singapore, iproperty.com.sg has revamped the existing property channel on xin.msn.com – Singapore’s MSN portal.

xin.msn.com says it received 40 million page views in April alone – an overall increase of 392 per cent from the same time last year.

iProperty Group CEO Shaun Di Gregorio says the portal’s updated property section is “a marked improvement on the old format and gives users much better functionality and ease of use.”

“For the property agents using iproperty.com.sg, this represents a major boost to the number of people accessing and viewing their listings and of course, this means more leads for our property agents and a further enhancement to our market leading position,” Di Gregorio adds.

iproperty.com.sg recently released its iPhone application and brought a new country manager on board.

In Malaysia, iproperty.com.my has struck its second distribution deal for the month, feeding listings to online auctions website lelong.com.my.

The partnership means iproperty.com.my has set up its own store on lelong.com.my. From here, home hunters can browse properties and click through to original listings on iproperty.com.my.

Along with lelong.com.my, iproperty.com.my also powers the property channels of MSN Malaysia, malaysiakini.com, mysimplifieds.com, lowyat.net. The portal also began adding listings to New Straits Times online last week.

iproperty.com.my released its iPhone application in April, and reported a new traffic record earlier this month.

Disclosure: CAV Investment Holdings, a related party of Classified Ad Ventures – the owner of propertyportalwatch.com – owns shares in iProperty Group parent company IPGA.
