Deals for forrent.com, nestoria.co.uk

Both US rentals portal forrent.com and UK property search engine nestoria.co.uk have announced new listings partnerships over the past few days.
forrent.com, which recently moved from 16th to 14th place on the Hitwise list of US real estate websites, is now powering the apartment section on chicago.com.
chicago.com covers housing as well as hotels, events and local guides. “This partnership has the potential to generate a significant amount of leads for property managers in the Chicago area and generate more awareness for Chicago apartments,” said Terry Slattery, president of For Rent Media Solutions.
In the UK, nestoria.co.uk is now featuring listings from luvthecity.com. This city centre property portal, launched for Manchester in September last year, has now expanded to cover Leeds, London, Birmingham, Newcastle, Cardiff, Sheffield, Plymouth, Bristol and Bradford.
The latest partnership for nestoria.co.uk follows on from its April deal to list Northern Irish properties from daft.com.

US property portals are quickly realising that rental listings are becoming a priority for home hunters. trulia.com came out with its rent vs buy index in early June, and homes.com quickly followed with a more prominent rentals section. Now, homes.com has gone one step further, linking with forrent.com to give users access to more rental listings....
