New Portal Coming to Israel

A new English language real estate portal is soon to be launched in Israel, covering property for sale, rent, and short-term occupancy.

househunt.co.il’s model is currently free-to-list, and while the website appears to have just 10 properties online, an announcement calling for agents to add their properties says “several hundred” listings are currently under review.

“The website is geared for English speakers in Israel and abroad,” househunt.co.il’s announcement explains. The website says it plans to start promotion in the US in mid-February.

househunt.co.il currently provides a simple search interface allowing users to sort by rooms, price, and location, and to specify whether the listing is being handled by an agent or not.
