4 Million Members at loopnet.com

loopnet.com is celebrating passing the milestone of 4 million members.

The US-based commercial real estate portal is also highlighting comScore Media Metrix figures that put its unique visitor total 8.2 times higher than that of the next closest commercial property marketplace in Q4 2009, and 6.7 times higher over the whole of last year. This is an even bigger lead than loopnet.com reported in October.

loopnet.com, which just released an iPhone application, says the 4 million member milestone comes only 18 months after surpassing 3 million members.

Google Analytics figures quoted by the website put its average unique visitor numbers at 1.9 million per month. The latest Hitwise list has loopnet.com at number 20 in terms of US real estate websites.
