New Partners for Point2
January 14, 2010 by Alice Allan
Real estate syndication tool Point2 has added three new websites to its list of partners: campushomesonline.com, golistnow.com, and repeatproperty.com.
As its name suggests, campushomesonline.com is a niche website for off-campus housing. Users can browse listings by campus as well as property type and location, and it offers a range of paid subscription options for advertisers.
golistnow.com has more of an emphasis on social media, allowing users to register via Facebook and search for other users to expand their network. The website was founded in 2004 and offers free listings as well as paid advertising.
repeatproperty.com is similar to golistnow.com in its social networking capabilities and free listing options. The website also pitches itself as an “organisational tool” for the real estate industry, encouraging members to invite everyone from agents to financial planners to join up.
Point2 says this brings its listing syndication network to a total of 42 partners. Point2 claims to have over 200,000 members and describes itself as “the largest real estate listing syndication network in the industry”.
