hablib.com Pays for Referrals

hablib.com, a residential property platform based in the UK, has launched its landlord referral program.

The program works by providing landlords with a referral code when they buy one of hablib.com’s listing packages. When another landlord uses this code to list on hablib.com, 50 percent of their advertising fee is paid back to the referring landlord.

“[This] gives landlords an extra income source and ensures hablib.com is populated with high quality properties and professionals,” says founder Anton Kreil. “We split our economics 50/50 with our providers. What’s fairer than that?”

According to Kreil, hablib.com has had 28,000 unique visitors over the last month, and seven landlords have signed up for the referral scheme since preliminary marketing began last week. Kreil also says 450 buyers and renters have registered with the website since its official launch on 16 November, 2009.
