US foreclosure marketplace realtytrac.com is now displaying its listings on remax.com, the website of RE/MAX International, Inc.
The partnership, originally announced in June this year, allows remax.com users to access 1.3 million Real Estate Owned (REO) US property listings from realtytrac.com.
“remax.com is now the perfect combination of resources on one web site, where visitors can search for foreclosures and connect with a uniquely trained RE/MAX agent who specializes in short sales, REOs and foreclosures,” said Kristi Graning, RE/MAX International’s senior vice president of IT and eBusiness.
“We believe we can have a positive impact on the national housing market by providing consumers with vital foreclosure information and giving homebuyers an opportunity to find the perfect home with the right agent,” added realtytrac.com senior vice president Rick Sharga.
This year, realtytrac.com has also added its foreclosure data to homefinder.com, the Keller Williams Realty Inc. website, three Primedia Inc owned websites, and homesdirectory.com.
The website says users can search over 1.5 million foreclosure listings and that it sees more than 3 million unique visitors every month.
