since propertyfinder.com merged it is clearly apparent how poor the whole transition really was.
poor company with poor staff and now an equally poor website.
Hurry up FAP and wipe them all out

I agree also, social network sites are free they get advertising revenue form other streams utube face book subscription free

MS operating systems are being overtaken by free ones like Mozilla Firefox and Chrome

Also established portals get more UV's yet they want to get their revenue from agents and developers. so third party and affiliation is the way forward no brainer
use what you have.free listing would increase stock on site

also customer services could handle the accounts by dropping sales dept saving could be diverted into innovation and marketing work.
sales dept salary cost is even keel to amount of revenue form the subscription and ppl revenue

unless a big rethink is taken by the big portals LISTING FREE there will be more closures.revenue for dividends will also fall.... and google will continue to grow its realestate section

As a large agent here in Turkey who subscribed to Propertyfinder/Hotproperty we are very unhappy about the way this merger has affected us. We subscribed in July and where not visible till well into the late part of August due to technical difficulties with Propertyfinders up loading tool. We where promised some kind of compensation for this delay as we had subscribed for 3 months. We had zero leads or enquiries of any sort and now we are not visible on Zoopla. True the 3 months is now finished however we have tried to contact via email & via telephone and have no correspondence back. I was very hopeful about Zoopla and stuck with the choice of using them to promote our properties however now I have seen the search facilities which are basic down to just Turkey & no area search with 100's to trawl through to see the area you maybe interested in and the interface it is far from impressive.
