Latin American online real estate marketplace, vivareal.com, has partnered with real estate giant Century 21 to offer all its franchisees in Brazil a three month trial.

Claiming to be the largest online real estate marketplace in Latin America, the vivareal.com network launched in Brazil in May 2009 and already has over 90,000 property listings in cities around the country. Its expansion into Brazil seems to match that of Century 21, which currently has over 30 offices around Brazil and expects to have over 1,000 by 2018.

Diego Simon, vivareal.com’s country manager, commented on the partnership in a press release saying:

“Century 21’s experience gives them important insight into building a successful company by taking advantage of new trends and business models that have been successful in countries around the world. This partnership between Century 21 and vivareal.com is mutually beneficial and full of synergy that will help both companies grow.”

The partnership with vivareal.com follows other efforts by Century 21 to pull back from television advertising in favor of pursuing more in depth online advertising. Other initiatives have included partnering with homefinder.com and realtor.com in the US and launching its social networking platform called C21 Communities.

Century 21 Executive Vice President, David Moyer, explained:

“Century 21 is always working to gain a competitive advantage by providing franchisees with the best business practices combined with modern technology that help our offices sell more real estate. We see vivareal.com as an innovative player in the online space and we believe in their model.”

In July of this year, the vivareal.com network launched the first real estate vertical ad platform across 12 countries in the Americas, to help local, national and international advertisers connect with its audience.
