mouseprice.com iPhone App Promises UK First

UK free-to-list portal mouseprice.com has just released its iPhone application, which will allow users to check property valuations, price paid data and comparables on the move.

mouseprice.com says the application is the first of its kind in the UK market and will be useful to agents as well as consumers, enabling them to check comparables and valuation estimates on the way to a viewing. In offering valuation estimates, mouseprice.com’s offering is similar to zillow.com’s iPhone application, which broke records.
