daft.ie Honoured with Fast 50 Award

daft.ie, Ireland’s oldest and leading property portal, has been ranked number one in Deloitte and Touche’s 2009 Technology Fast 50 Awards.
Now in its tenth year in Ireland, the Technology Fast 50 honours business growth, technological innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. It ranks the 50 fastest growing technology companies based on percentage revenue growth over a five year period. In 2007, daft.ie was also awarded the Fast 50 Rising Star Award, which recognises young companies with the fastest growth in turnover.
According to ABC Electronics’ May 2009 audit daft.ie is Ireland’s largest property website with traffic of 103 million page impressions and 1,275,630 unique users.
In its twelve years of operation, daft.ie has won a number of awards including Digital Media Brand of the Year at the Digital Media Awards in 2005 and Best Property Portal at the CNBC International Property Portal awards in 2007.

- Daft Media Expands to Poland
Daft Media Group, parent company of leading Irish property portal daft.ie, has just announced its expansion into the Polish online property market. Their Polish property portal daft.pl is now live with approximately 60,000 properties. Daft Media says the new portal covers every major city and town in Poland, and that around 10,000 new listings are being added to it each day. "daft.pl hopes to benefit from the positive brand recognition of daft.ie amongst the hundreds of thousands of Polish people who came to work and live in Ireland during the last 10 years," a company statement explains....
