propertiesng.com recently launched in Nigeria with a free-to-list, pay-to-upgrade business model.

Operated by Nigerian real estate media and advertising firm PNG Interactive Solutions, propertiesng.com says it has “the vision of changing the way properties and real estate related products and services are marketed in Nigeria”.

The website lists residential and commercial properties and provides home hunters with articles, a forum and a question and answer platform. An online magazine is also in the works.

The new portal says it is one of the few in its market taking advantage of social media, offering the option to share properties on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace and, the website states, “over 100 other social websites”.

propertiesng.com explains its aim is to become “a one-stop destination for home buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, home developers, building contractors, real estate agents, professional service providers and mortgage and financial institutions to network and market their products and services”.

propertiesng.com is establishing itself amongst a number of other Nigeria-specific property portals including ip4properties.com, nigeriapropertiesonline.com and propertyinnigeria.com.
