UK property search engine nestoria.co.uk has announced that property listings from local classifieds website gumtree.com are now searchable on its website.

gumtree.com currently has over 130,000 property listings online, and is the UK’s biggest website for local community classifieds including flat share, flat rentals and jobs.

gumtree.com was started in March 2000 as a local London classified ads and community site, designed to connect people who were either planning to move, or had just arrived in the city, and needed help getting started with accommodation, employment and meeting new people. It has since grown to include 60 cities across 6 countries and in 2005 became part of the Kijiji family within eBay.

Nestoria has websites covering the UK as well as Germany, Spain and Italy. This latest partnership with gumtree.com comes after the company expanded its reach by announcing three new partnerships last month with citylets.co.uk, cercaimmobili.it and capital.de.
