Builder Homesite is a consortium of 35 of the nation’s largest homebuilders, and its flagship product is newhomesource.com, a consumer website offering the Internet’s most comprehensive information and selection of new homes.

thebdx.com site provides innovative online marketing solutions, providing the nation’s largest network of new home web sites, and streamlining customer service and support.

The site will provide access to seven of the top ten real estate sites, with combined distribution partners onbaord including MSN Real Estate, Yahoo! Real Estate, AOL Real Estate and many other national and local partners.

BDX will also offer a suite of websites targeting specific market segments, including: move.com, newhomesource.com, casasnuevasaqui.com, urbancondoliving.com, newretirementcommunities.com, customnewhomes.com, and newhomesourceprofessional.com.

Services now available to home builders through BDX include: new home community listing and advertising services, mobile marketing capabilities, interactive floor plans, photo realistic renderings, video and rich media production, email creative and fulfillment services, and a wide variety of digital marketing products to promote new homes directly to consumers and real estate professionals representing new home buyers.
