immobilienscout24.de Launches New Service

Germany’s leading property portal immobilienscout24.de has launched a new website, einfach-ummelden.de, which offers a free service for those moving house to change their address.
Those moving house can now change their address with utility providers, insurers or other companies in just a few clicks.
The company is hoping to attract around four million households per year in Germany – or about 10 percent of the German population – who move residence.
On einfach-ummelden.de movers give the old and new address and choose which companies to notify. The selected companies will immediately be informed by fax or letter about the new address of the movers.
einfach-ummelden.de currently represents 5,000 companies and hopes in the future to handle the changing of addresses completely online.
