US real estate marketplace zillow.com has partnered with Seattle based agency network Windermere Real Estate in a move that will expand the website’s listings by more than 30,000. zillow.com states this will benefit the 37 percent of users who visit the website from the 10 western states where Windermere operates.

Windermere will join zillow.com’s Listings Feed program, which the website says now includes over 3.7 million for sale listings. The Listings Feed program allows any broker, MLS or vendor with multiple listings to automatically feed their listings to zillow.com for free. Windermere’s listings will also appear on zillow.com’s popular iPhone application, which has just been upgraded.

“We constantly look for ways to maximize marketing exposure for our associates and listings,” Windermere chief marketing officer Jan Edmonson said in a statement. “The zillow.com Listings Feed program offers a tremendous marketing opportunity for our agents and their sellers.”

zillow.com quotes Omniture statistics that put its year-on-year growth at 64 percent as of August this year, and its monthly unique users at 8.8 million.
