In another round of expansions, US real estate search engine roost.com has added San Antonio, Texas and Colorado Springs to its platform.

A post on the roost.com blog outlines the scope of these new additions:

“The San Antonio metro area has a population of a little more than two million people making it the 28th largest metropolitan area in the United States and 3rd in Texas behind Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston. Currently there are 9,729 listings on roost.com ranging from a lot at $4500 to a commercial listing going for more than $20 million.

With an estimated population of a little more than 400,000, Colorado Springs is the second largest city in Colorado behind Denver and it is the 48th most populous city in the United States. Currently there are 5,097 listings on roost.com from a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo listed for $20,000 to a 9 bedroom, 10 bath monster house listed for a cool $7.5 million.”

Earlier this month, roost.com also announced the inclusion of Santa Barbara listings in its search, along with a number of other locations in California.

roost.com partners with local Multiple Listing Services, real estate brokers, builders and data providers, and directs consumers to a hosted network of real estate broker and agent internet data exchange websites.

The search engine expanded to 15 new locations in July, following the addition of Jacksonville, Florida in March this year.
