More UK Listings for propertrack.com

Malaysian property portal propertrack.com has partnered with UK based pay-per-lead portal propertyindex.com to expand its listings.

propertrack.com launched its UK version propertrack.co.uk in March this year. The website says that through the new deal with propertyindex.com, both propertrack.com and propertrack.co.uk will be able to display more than 100,000 UK listings.

In a press release, propertrack.com managing director Stephen Hodgson explained the aim of the deal:

“Our strategy to introduce this feature was brought about by the general lack of Malaysian property exposure in this part of the world as well as an increase in an Asian-based appetite for UK property investment. By getting UK property investors into our local property portal, they can make a clear comparison and understand the greater potential of Malaysia property investment opportunities.”

Before the launch of propertrack.co.uk, propertrack.com also teamed up with the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) visa program to promote the scheme to prospective overseas purchasers, making the portal a one-stop-shop for foreign investment in Malaysian property.
