Irish New Build Portal Launches
August 4, 2009 by Alice Allan

A new property portal has just entered the Irish market. prelaunch.ie is a portal aimed at new build properties and development land.
Along with new properties and land for sale in Ireland, prelaunch.ie also lists overseas developments and has a section dedicated to show houses on view each week. The website states it also plans to include a pre-enquiry form for online mortgage applications in future.
Website founder Benny Byrne had this to say about the new website’s place in the Irish market:
“Anything between 15 and 20 percent of all new developments could be sold off plan as the property landscape changes in the coming years.
This exciting development in the industry allows the purchaser access to a better choice of units and also allows them to build their growth potential at a much earlier stage of the development.
At prelaunch.ie we afford the developer and the estate agent an early opportunity to reach out to their potential buyers, often before they have even moved onto the site.”
prelaunch.ie will be in competition with a number of Irish property portals listing new homes including market leader daft.ie as well as myhome.ie.
