domain.com.au Upgrades Maps
August 13, 2009 by Emma Sorensen

Australian property portal domain.com.au is continuing upgrades of its websites, this time working on its mapping.
An email to site users explained how domain.com.au has added more functionality into its search results page by map view, as well as made a hybrid map the default setting, allowing property searchers to see the property surrounds and location.
Its search results page by map view has a property bubble pop-up which lets users:
- check out a particular property’s details
- view a property’s photos
- add a property to your shortlist
- email a property of interest to a friend
- view the property with Street View
- get directions to your property of interest
- access a free suburb profile
- view the recent sales history of the suburb
In addition, the property details page now has a quick link to Street View and the area map is now a hybrid map.
Plus, domain.com.au’s property gallery now includes hybrid maps and a property bubble pop-up.
domain.com.au has also updated its iPhone application with a hybrid map.
