For the third year in a row, US property search engine trulia.com is powering the homes for sale information and property maps for the CNN Money Best Places to Live report.

Released last week, Louisville, Colorado was ranked number one place to live, followed by: Chanhassen, MN; Papillion, NE; Middleton, WI; Milton, MA; Warren, NJ; Keller, TX; Peachtree City, GA; Lake St. Louis, MO; and Mukilteo, WA.

You can search by actively available homes, sold homes and price range. And brand new this year is the ability to see price reductions on properties.

Price reduction functionality has become more popular as prices are slashed across the US. A recent trulia.com report found that 24.6 percent of current homes on the market in the United States as of 1 July 2009 have experienced at least one price cut, totaling $27.1 billion in reductions.
