trulia.com Breaks Hitwise Top 5

Hitwise has released its June figures for real estate websites in the US and the results show trulia.com is on the rise yet again.

Last month trulia.com jumped the most within the top 10: from 9th to 6th place. This month they rose one more place to end up ranked number 5.

It’s the first time since February this year the top 5 has changed with trulia.com bumping remax.com out of fifth place. rent.com also overtook remax.com, hud.gov and homegain.com swapped positions, and homes.com bumped servicemagic.com out of the top 10.

listingbook.com was the only new entrant to the top 20 in 17th place.

28.16% of all visits to the online ‘Business and Finance – Real Estate’ industry went to the top 10 websites for the month of June, 2009. 39.21% went to the top 20 websites and 67.01% went to the top 100 websites.

   Hitwise have released their May figures for real estate websites in the US and the results show two new entries into the top 20, compared to April which saw three new entries to the top 20....

2. realestate.com Enters Hitwise Top 20

   Hitwise have released their March figures for real estate websites in the US and the results show very little movement on the list overall....

3. zillow.com Moves Up Hitwise List

   For the first time in more than a year, Hitwise has recorded a change amongst the top four US real estate websites. The November rankings have zillow.com up one position to second place, replacing realestate.yahoo.com. November was an interesting month according to Hitwise, with a good deal of movement throughout the top 10. While ziprealty.com held steady at number four, both rent.com and trulia.com moved up one position to take out number five and six respectively. realtor.com still holds the number one spot....

4. Hitwise Top Three Stable

   The Hitwise rankings for January show no change in the top three US real estate websites. realtor.com remains in the lead, followed by realestate.yahoo.com, with zillow.com in third place. rent.com, which was in sixth place in October and fifth for the previous two months, is now number four on the list. This bumps ziprealty.com out of its long-held number four spot....
