tepilo.com Phase 2 Live

TV presenter Sarah Beeny’s new UK property website tepilo.com has just gone live with “phase 2″, meaning users can now search through property listings, and all uploaded listings are now public.

tepilo.com’s search functionality enables users to filter their search by a range of criteria including property value, number of bedrooms and distance from a particular location.

tepilo.com says the website also now incorporates negotiation functionality, enabling any buyers to make enquiries about properties on the site, or requests for viewings, managed through property listers own personal calendar. Users also have the ability to put in an offer for properties online.

Properties can be added to a “watch list”, and like most portals there is the facility to print or email a property and set up email alerts.

Additionally, the buying and selling guides and design for profit sections of the site have been updated and expanded.

tepilio.com remains completely free to list and free to use.
