roost.com Expands Again
July 23, 2009 by Alice Allan

US based property search engine roost.com has announced its second round of expansions this year, adding 15 new locations in New York, Connecticut, North Carolina, Virginia, Kentucky and Arizona.
A post on the roost.com blog states that Zip Realty will be one of the brokers covering the new areas, and also announces that Coldwell Banker Howard, Perry & Watson, Long Realty, and Virginia Realty & Relocation will be joining the roost.com platform.
This expansion is the latest in a series of upgrades to roost.com over the past few months. After adding Jacksonville, Florida in March, roost.com launched a new version of the website in June that included a new look, enhanced search features and an “expand the map” function. These changes came after the website secured $8 million in funding late last year.
roost.com explains that it partners with local Multiple Listing Services, real estate brokers, builders and data providers, and directs consumers to a hosted network of real estate broker and agent internet data exchange websites.
The website’s blog post says more cities will be added to roost.com “in the near future”.
