Alex C and the team at Zoopla.co.uk are listening so true- PPL is the future – I have certainly seen it in the international market with developers and agents preferring this over the last couple of years .The UK market being fragmented.
Providing a lower cost solution – is way the forward – long term – logic will swing the agent back 180 to cost effectiveness – moving 5 years forward some portals will fall.. with consolidation soaking up the bleed -fewer start ups I’m not so sure…. What no one is still talking about is mobile apps Android google ( HTC and compabitables) – i phone and other manufactures such as Nokia have noticed marked increased traffic, property portals take heed. Looking at current mobile platforms a few have mobile sites… but really guys please start cultivating them secret is apps apps and more mobile apps , because what’s out there is hardly impressive at moment.
