INEA Connects with thinkproperty.com

UK portal inea.co.uk – the website of the Independent Network of Estate Agents – has announced plans to distribute its listings to thinkproperty.com from 24 July.

inea.co.uk’s newsletter says that thinkproperty.com will be the 15th portal to display its listings, and that more partners are to follow. The newsletter states:

“INEA is one of, if not the UK’s most advanced property sharing systems (MLS) for agents. INEA also has a growing number of overseas agents joining for its unique software abilities.”

In January this year, INEA partnered with home.co.uk to provide a live feed of their agent listings, and said this would result in their listings being seen on nestoria.co.uk, Channel 4, Estate Angels, The Independent, AOL, The Telegraph, Globrix and Mouseprice.

thinkproperty.com, which changed to a free-to-list model last year, has just been acquired by UK property portal and information website zoopla.co.uk.

Under the deal, zoopla.co.uk says it will take over and integrate the thinkproperty.com brand and website, benefiting from its current traffic of over 200,000 unique users per month, along with becoming the exclusive property search partner on the guardian.co.uk website.
