globrix.com Updates Mobile Search
July 30, 2009 by Fiona Street

globrix.com, the UK property search engine, has announced an update of its mobile website.
The mobile website, mobile.globrix.com, offers property searches for those on the move. The revamped site now provides more information such as agent contact details on each search, larger images and more detailed property descriptions regardless of the of the handset being used.
iPhone users also receive the additional ability to search for property from their current location using GPS technology.
globrix.com joins the growing list of property portals offering this mobile functionality. Recently Property Portal Watch announced that mynewplace.com, the US apartment rental website, launched its iphone application as did nestoria.co.uk, another UK property search engine, in early July.
These latest mobile enhancements show globrix.com are working hard at maintaining their market position and record traffic in the UK, and comes after a series of other changes including recent revamps to their home page and the announcement that globrix.ie will launch in September.
