enormo.com Hits 10 million Listings

Global property portal enormo.com claims it is one step closer to answering a big question for property portals: How many properties are on the market and advertised online, globally, at any given time?
The international real estate portal has today broken records as it clocks up 10 million real estate listings from around the world – arguably the first website to collect and display such a large and widespread pool of residential and commercial property in the one place.
enormo.com lists 4 million houses, 4 million apartments, 700,000 land plots and niche property types like castles, ranches and penthouses in millions of locations, with a concentration on Europe, the United States, North and South Africa and India, as well as investment properties and real estate in foreclosure.
The recent launch of 80 ‘gateway’ country domains is now bringing enormo.com to more homeseekers, who can search, filter and contact agents in their chosen language.
In a press release about the milestone 10 million listings, Yannick Laclau, enormo.com’s CEO, said:
“The aim of Enormo has always been to ‘open up’ the real estate world, so that buyers and tenants can access everything on offer, and the best deals are not hidden in a language they don’t speak or on a portal they don’t know. No other resource is even close to offering Enormo’s comprehensive property search. As more and more real estate professionals decide to add their portfolios, Enormo is coming closer to advertising every property in the world.”
