What is tepilo.com?

A new UK property website is going to launch this summer in the UK, but no one really knows what it will do yet.
tepilo.com is the brainchild of TV presenter Sarah Beeny. Although it has a homepage, it isn’t big on details:
“Launching in the summer of 2009, Tepilo is a brand new service, created by Sarah Beeny, that will change the way you think about buying and selling your home.”
Signing up to be notified of the site’s launch generates an auto-email saying:
“I’m very excited about the project and can’t wait to tell you more, but right now we’re busy behind the scenes and don’t want to say too much. What I can tell you is that the service will be property related (big surprise) and will be launching in the summer of 2009.”
You can sign up to tepilo.com’s Twitter updates, which mainly consist of UK property news, and become a fan of Sarah Beeny on Facebook, but until the site goes live we’re all going to be in a state of suspense…
Sarah’s previous ventures include a website aimed at completing chains and allowing estate agents to bring together prospective buyers and sellers called completingchains.com, which launched last September.
