Updates on Malaysian Property Websites

Two Malaysian property websites, iproperty.com.my and propertrack.com, have recently added new sections.

propertrack.com has introduced a mortgage broker section for its users. Users are asked to fill out an online form and are then contacted by a mortgage broker participating in the program.

iproperty.com.my has recently added a home services section, which includes a list of products and services related to topics such as moving, interior design, finance and security. A list of featured home service providers is also included.

Both propertrack.com and iproperty.com.my have made moves in recent months to attract overseas buyers interested in the “Malaysia My Second Home” (MM2H) program.

propertrack.com currently offers 30 free listings per month. iproperty.com.my, part of the iProperty.com Group owned by IPGA Limited, was recently declared Malaysia’s number one property portal by Google Ad Planner.
