June 5, 2009 by Emma Sorensen

The Spanish version of property search engine Nestoria is celebrating its second birthday in the highly competitive Spanish market.
On the nestoria.co.uk blog the company writes:
“Millions of successful “búsqueda de pisos y casas” later, things are going well. A big gracias to all of our partners, especially those that believed in us at the beginning, and most of all to our users! But we also know we still have a long, long way to go, so please keep your feedback coming.”
The Spanish team are celebrating by announcing a new partnership for nestoria.es with thinkspain.com. The partnership makes all listings from thinkspain.com available to the users of nestoria.es.
thinkspain.com is a Spanish news and information website published in English to serve English-speaking residents and visitors. It was established in 2003 and underwent a management buyout in 2005. It includes news, features, jobs, property, a business services directory and more.
The competitive Spanish property portal market has around 50 players, and many industry pundits believe that there will be a series of consolidations over the coming year.
