Property Portal Watch is pleased to announce that Ed Freyfogle and Javier Etxebeste will be presenting at The Property Portal Watch Workshop this August.

The workshop is a free, one day session for the owners and operators of property portals from around the world. It will be held on the 4th August 2009, at the Palace Hotel, San Francisco, the day before the Real Estate Connect SFO conference.

Javier Etxebeste and Ed Freyfogle, two former Yahoo! executives, founded Lokku Limited in April 2006. It is the company behind nestoria.co.uk, a UK based property search engine which also has sister websites across Europe – in Spain, Italy and Germany.

Ed says:

“Our one hour session will not be about Nestoria, but rather about the common challenges we see property portals across all markets facing and the innovative solutions we see different players adopting. While every market has it’s peculiarities, it is remarkable how similar the difficulties are for all players, particularly those that come from an offline/print heritage. If you have any thoughts on what you’d like to hear, or questions you’d like addressed, please let us know. I’m looking forward to a heated question and answer exchange as well.”

The Property Portal Watch Workshop is completely free to attend and is a great chance for property portal operators from around the world to get together and discuss the key every day issues that face their businesses.
