hablib.com Launching in August

Another new UK property website is set to launch this summer.
hablib.com, or “Habitation Libertum”, is a free residential property platform which aims to empower users to take control of their own destiny when profiling, selling or buying their home.
“The future of trading property starts with Home freedom”, says the holding page.
hablib.com will launch nationally in the UK in August 2009 and is the work of Anton Kreil from the BBC2 series Million Dollar Traders.
The website promises a unique offering of residential property profiling combined with the social networking capabilities of facebook, myspace, bebo and orkut. It will also offer homeowners the opportunity to sell their home at 0% commission and £0 flat fee, cashing in on the growing For Sale By Owner (FSBO) market in the UK.

UK For Sale By Owner website hablib.com is running two competitions to promote its service. The first competition focuses on hablib.com’s social networking capabilities. The member who has the most contacts on the website by 30 April 2010 will be picked up by Anton Kreil, hablib.com’s managing director, and taken for a track day racing supercars. “The competition is to display how fun and fulfilling life can be if we all pull together to trade homes amongst ourselves instead of paying agents fees,” Kreil explains. ...

hablib.com, a residential property platform based in the UK, has launched its landlord referral program. The program works by providing landlords with a referral code when they buy one of hablib.com's listing packages. When another landlord uses this code to list on hablib.com, 50 percent of their advertising fee is paid back to the referring landlord. "[This] gives landlords an extra income source and ensures hablib.com is populated with high quality properties and professionals," says founder Anton Kreil. "We split our economics 50/50 with our providers. What’s fairer than that?"...
