New Widgets for zoopla.co.uk

UK property portal and property information website, zoopla.co.uk, has launched a series of innovative tools and widgets that agents can add directly to their own websites.

zoopla.co.uk says the new features are in response to requests from agents across the UK to make the company’s house price data available on third party websites. Agents will now be able to offer users of their website free access to over 15 million sold house price records dating back to 1995 along with current value estimates and local average property values data in a given area, which is constantly updated to reflect the latest market information.

Widgets already include a property rich list and dream homes selection. The tools and widgets can be easily uploaded to any website or blog and can be customised to fit any site design, and also include basic options like:

• Average Property Values – display current average property values at national, regional or local level; displayed by property type in either graph or table format.
• Current Home Values – give users access to FREE, instant value estimates for any UK home (over 27 million). Users may run as many free valuation estimates as they wish.
• Sold House Prices – FREE access to over 15 million sold house price records from the Land Registry, dating back to 1995. Users search by address, street, postcode or area.

The website currently states that 76 properties are listed for the first auction, which is scheduled to begin on 11 February and run until 14 February....
