New For Sale By Owner Portal

New European-based For Sale By Owner (FSBO) portal, owner-direct.eu, claims it will provide a multi-language website covering properties “from apartments to chateaus, from holiday caravans and log cabins to motor-homes and boating”.

The website is based in Spain and is currently only available in English, however options for French and Spanish versions are visible. Users are charged between 150€ and 215€ for bronze, silver and gold memberships. owner-direct.eu is aiming to set up an “affiliate” network that will pay registered users for promoting the website amongst people they know.

At the moment, there are under 100 properties listed on the website. Its search categories cover eleven European countries and the US.

owner-direct.eu founder Ian Goodfellow also owns property portal developer-direct.com, which follows a similar format to owner-direct.eu but focuses on residential and commercial developers. This website currently has just nine listings.
