New Advertising Service at rentshout.com
May 22, 2009 by Alice Allan

New website rentshout.com has launched an online service that will syndicate agents’ listings to craigslist.com, vast.com, Google Base, oodle.com, along with a number of other rent focused websites.
Created by online advertising company Go Smart Solutions LLC, rentshout.com is subscription based and allows agents to create one page advertisements for their properties, which are then spread throughout the rentshout.com network of partner websites.
Founder and CEO Misty Lackie explained the aim of the website in an online statement:
“Rising rental vacancies and the shift in renter behavior towards internet search make it crucial for property managers to aggressively market their listings online. We created RentShout as a way to offer high-value rental advertising at a competitive cost.”
The website’s SlideShare profile contains a short demonstration of how the service functions.
