US real estate connection website homegain.com has incorporated Google Street View into its home values tool. The home values tool provides a price estimate for specific homes and zip codes, as well as contact details for local agents. Users can now view street level photographs of a property along with its price estimate.
Google Street View is not yet available in all US cities, so it will not be included in every area covered by homegain.com’s home values tool.
homegain.com uses the lead generation model to collect user details and sell these details to agents or mortgage providers. Agents subscribe to the website’s AgentView service in order to promote themselves in a particular market.
According to Hitwise figures from March 2009, homegain.com is the 9th most visited US real estate website.
