enormo.com Partners With homegate.ch

Global property portal enormo.com has announced a listing partnership with Switzerland based property portal homegate.ch.

Agent clients of the Swiss portal, which lists 50,000 properties across Switzerland, Austria, Italy and France, will now be able to advertise their properties on enormo.com. homegate.ch was founded in March 2001 and is available in German, French, Italian and English.

The partnership has been driven by the demand from Swiss agents to access new buyers, and also by enormo.com’s desire to increase their listings in Switzerland and Austria.

Enormo’s Commercial Director, Dominique Cerr, said:

“4.5 million buyers and tenants around the world choose Enormo every month to find their next property. We are delighted to work with a prestigious partner like homegate.ch and to give their clients an effective way to market our visitors”.

Urs Hügli, CEO of Homegate, says the collaboration will, “attract a wider, targeted audience to our estate agents’ listings, bringing in an international customer base which can typically be hard to reach.”

Enormo currently indexes 8.5 million for sale and rental properties in 80 countries worldwide.
