Swedish property portal bovision.se is looking to boost traffic through increased indexing of its listings. Aimgroup.com reports that bovision.se has decided to index all advertisement from agents and private landlords as well as for rental properties, making it the largest property website in Sweden in terms of listings.
The new indexing policy may be part of a wider strategy at bovision.se to compete with hemnet.se, Sweden’s largest property portal, which is planning its own updates for 2009. In March, bovision.se also partnered with blog search engine “Twingly Blog” and launched its own blog, posting advice for home hunters along with promotions of events and developments on its website.
Marianne Olseryd Engqvist, bovision.se CEO, told newsdesk.se she hopes the new blog will create more discussion with bovision.se home hunters and lead to further development of the website through visitors’ suggestions.
