Indian property portal zamanzar.com claims to be the first Indian real estate portal to release an online property value estimate tool.

The tool, called ZamEstimate™, calculates property value estimates for properties in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Jaipur, Lucknow, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata.

The ZamEstimate™ results also link to the top 5 most similar properties currently for sale on zamanzar.com. It also includes an accuracy percentage, of the given estimate.

zamanzar.com also offers an offline, manual property valuation service for a fee where a written property valuation report signed by a licensed property surveyor is provided.
