
Hitwise have released their March figures for real estate websites in the US and the results show very little movement on the list overall.
The top 5 real estate websites in terms of visits remained unchanged.
realtor.com leads with 6.85 percent market share followed by realestate.yahoo.com a distant second with 3.65 percent market share, then zillow.com, ziprealty.com and remax.com.
hud.gov rose one place to number 6, as did servicemagic.com which ended up at number 8. rent.com fell one place to number 7 with homegain.com falling to number 9. trulia.com remained steady at number 10 with 1.57 percent market share.
Both foreclosurestore.com and foreclosure.com, which had been enjoying rising traffic so far this year, dropped two places each to 14th and 15th place respectively.
The only new entry to the top 20 was realestate.com, which has been rising steadily in number of visits and came in number 20.
Only 6 websites in the top 100 have changes since February 2009. apartmentfinder.com, agentlistingssource.com, homebuying.about.com, frontdoor.com, nhmsi.com and harmonhomes.com joined the top 100, while sublet.com, curbed.com, realestate.msn.realtor.com, socialserve.com, rentalads.com and landwatch.com all left the top 100.
